- Print, complete the form and sign the form,
- Hand the form and check/cash of $30 to any board member or mail them to the address on the form.

Paying by credit card or PayPal:
The dues for 2026 or 2027 are $32 when using PayPal or a credit card. Use the following steps to complete your membership:
- Complete the membership information form below and click the Submit button. A window will then be displayed with an underlined link/URL.
- Click on that link/URL to make payment using PayPal. We use PayPal for card processing, but you are not required to have a PayPal account.
- Your renewal is not complete without the submitted form and payment.
